Terms & Conditions

1. Fees & Payment

•    Fees are as agreed at the time of booking.

•    A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the date.

•    The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date.

•    Late payments may delay image delivery.

2. Cancellations & Postponements

•    If the Client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.

•    If the event is postponed, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

•    If the Photographer is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness), all payments will be refunded, or a suitable replacement may be offered where possible.

3. Coverage & Conduct

•    The Photographer will make every reasonable effort to capture key moments but cannot guarantee specific images.

•    The Client agrees to provide reasonable access, cooperation, and a safe working environment.

•    The Photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to restrictions imposed by the venue, event schedule changes, or interference from guests or staff.

4. Image Style & Editing

•    Images are edited in the Photographer’s professional style.

•    Unedited/RAW images are not provided.

5.Delivery of Images

•    Images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe (typically 7–21 days unless otherwise stated).

•    Delivery times may vary due to technical issues or, events outside their control.

6. Copyright & Usage

•    The Photographer retains full copyright of all images other than the Clients chosen images.

•    The Client has full copyright to use their chosen images for personal or business use.

•    Event Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the images.

7. Photographers Promotion

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Photographer may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes. Clients may request exclusions in advance.

8. Liability

•    The Photographer takes all reasonable care but is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including equipment failure, loss of images due to technical issues, or events outside their influence.

•    Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

•    Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, government restrictions or venue closure.

9. Data Protection

The Photographer complies with UK GDPR regulations. Client data will only be used for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
